War vs Snap
War has no decisions at all. Each player flips a card, the higher one takes both, and a tie starts a war with face-down cards added to the stakes. You win by collecting the whole deck, and the shuffle decides who that is.
Snap adds a reaction test. Players take turns putting cards on a central pile, and the moment two matching ranks appear, the first to call Snap takes the pile. It plays with up to four people, and it is the speed of your eyes and reflexes that makes the difference.
