About Kings in the Corner
Kings in the Corner is a classic shedding and family card game for two to four players using a standard 52-card deck. Players are dealt seven cards each, with four central foundation piles dealt in a cross around the draw stock. Cards are built down in descending rank with alternating colors (Red on Black, Black on Red), similar to Solitaire. The four corner spaces can only be started by Kings. Players can move entire piles onto each other to clear tableau spaces, and empty cross spaces can be filled by any card. The first player to shed all cards from their hand wins.

Tips for Kings in the Corner
- Look for pile-to-pile moves that consolidate foundations and open empty cross spaces for dumping unplayable cards.
- Place Kings in empty corner spaces as soon as possible to create four additional descending build sequences.
- Hang onto intermediate cards that link two existing tableau sequences together so you can chain long multi-card shedding runs.
